This site does not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels. If you email us or book a call through our scheduling link, we receive the details you choose to share (name, email, company, and anything you write). Our scheduling and email providers process that data under their own privacy policies.
We occasionally contact businesses by email about our services. We use publicly available business contact information (company websites, professional directories, and licensed B2B data providers). Every such email identifies us, includes our postal location, and contains a way to opt out. If you ask us to stop, we remove you from our lists and do not contact you again.
When we build systems for clients, client data (including call recordings and transcripts) stays in the client's own infrastructure and accounts. We do not sell, share, or reuse client data, and we do not route it through third parties beyond those the client has approved in writing. Our client agreements govern the details.
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email vipul@northstrdata.com and we will respond within 30 days.
